FAQ
This is everything you should know and need to know about our ordering process! If you have any further questions or need any clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask us! 

Custom Orders

General

  • The only way you can obtain an order, is if we are open for custom slots! We will announce it publicly!
  • We only take 5 slots at a time and then open again once those are completed and shipped out.
  •  Reference sheets for custom labels MUST show the character accurately! We cannot constantly come back to edit the character because your reference sheet fails to depict a marking!
  • We expect professional behavior during the ordering process! Please respect our time in that manner! 
  • We are allowed to refuse an order, or offer a refund at any point and for any reason! We are not obligated to explain our reasoning, but we almost always will! 

Payment , Cancellations + Refunds

  • We accept Paypal Invoice as a primary form of payment, but we are able to accept most forms of payments! Just ask us and we can let you know about your specific options!
  • A x% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your custom slot if you are not able to pay up front! This is used for purchasing specific materials to make your drink and ordering the custom artwork! 
  • ​We require full payment before any of the process is begun! Down payments are used to purchase supplies, but we will not work on a project until completely paid off!
  • Please do not argue or attempt to haggle with our prices! Everything is priced the way it is due to supplies and time spent on the project AS WELL as making sure the artist is fairly compensated!
  • You are free to cancel an order at any time, HOWEVER, just because you cancel does not mean a full refund will be able to be issued. Down payments are non-refundable,  and if the artwork has been completed, that fee is deducted from your refund!
  •  If we have not begun your order, you are able to get refunded everything excluding your down payment!
  • Down payments are NON refundable! We order supplies the moment we receive the down payment, which means we are not able to refund that!
  • Once a product is begun, it CANNOT be refunded! We are working with FDA regulations. Any product used, cannot be re-used! Meaning if we have begun your order, we cannot simply re-sell your order to someone else. 
  • We do NOT refund simply because you do not like the taste of your order! We hand craft every flavor that leaves our kitchen and we refuse to let anything leave our kitchen that doesn't get flavor approved by every team-member! Just because you do not enjoy a flavor you wanted, does not mean our team doesn't deserve payment or recognition for their hard work! We highly suggest getting samples for this reason!
  • We cannot re-create or refund lost or damaged packages! Keep this in mind when purchasing! We can help you locate and search for the package, as well as file an insurance claim, but we cannot re-create or refund anything that leaves our hands! Everything is custom made and is one-of-a-kind!

Turn Around Time

  • ​This is a completely custom process! It takes TIME! It will not be completed within a week or two of purchase! Please keep that in mind when commissioning!
  • From the time of payment to delivery, the estimated turn around time is likely to change per order. We intend a 4-6 week turn around, but if it exceeds that, you will be communicated with. ETA completely depends on how complex the flavor is that we are creating, how long ordering materials and supplies takes, how long the artwork takes to complete, Whether samples are sent back and forth, and how many bottles are purchased!
  • You WILL be communicated about your ETA upon being picked!
  • More bottles takes more time, just as more complex flavors take extra time!
  • EVERYTHING is completely custom. We will most likely be waiting on supplies to get to us, as well as the creation process! PLEASE be patient!

Order Process

  • Upon opening, we will open our forms to the public with no limit on slots to give everyone a fair shot at getting a slot!
  • We will remain open for roughly a week!
  • We will personally review every order that comes in! Please be patient with this process! It will likely take between 1-3 days to give every form the attention it deserves!
  • Orders will be chosen based purely on whether or not we can create the flavors requested! If you are not chosen for a round, you WILL receive a message!
  • We will reach out to you with your chosen method of communication to confirm and go over any extra details, and pick other specifics!
  • Once payment is received, we will begin ordering materials and our artist will begin drawing your custom label(if the option is chosen)
  • ​You will receive WIPS every step of the way, from the WIP of the label artwork, to the pictures of progress with your custom drink.
  • If a sample is selected at purchase, you will first receive a sample bottle of your chosen flavor to review and give us feedback as need be! We allow 3 rounds of sampling max!
  • EVERY member of the team will be given a sample to approve! Nothing leaves our kitchen without complete flavor approval!
  • Once your drink is finished, bottled and packaged, it will be shipped out to you! 

Sample Stage

  • Sample stages add a considerable amount of time to your ETA! PLEASE keep that in mind when picking that option! It adds shipping time, creation + bottling time, and feedback time!
  • We allow 3 rounds of sampling! If you're not completely happy with the first sample, we will make edits to your recipe and send you another sample! If it still needs tweaking, we'll send one last sample to get it down just right!
  • Samples are sent in 1.7 oz bottles, nothing bigger and nothing smaller! This is the same sample that patrons and team members will be given!
  • Samples are not nearly as polished as the final product! They may lose carbonation in transit due to not being pressurized! Please keep that in mind!

Shipping + Handling

  • Shipping comes standard with a tracking number for every order with basic insurance!
  • You are able to upgrade your shipping to expedited, over night, or upgrade the insurance at an extra cost! Whatever you the client is wanting to pay for!
  • Products are shipped out on Mondays regardless of when the order is completed! If we finish your order on Tuesday, they will be shipped on the following Monday after that! (the only exception is if orders are explicitly paid to be sent sooner)
  • We package everything with intense care! Bottles are individually packaged, placed in boxes with plenty of padding, and taped carefully before being put in another box with padding to prevent moving them too much.
  • We require legal names and addresses in a proper format to be able to ship! We apologize for that when it comes to deadnames and the like! It's just to ensure your order gets to you without a problem!
  • ​YES! We can ship outside of the US! The price is higher depending on the country, but so long as you the client is willing to pay it, then it's available!
  • We cannot re-create or refund lost or damaged packages! Keep this in mind when purchasing! Once we ship out your order, it is completely out of our hands! We can help you locate and search for the package, as well as file an insurance claim, but we cannot re-create or refund anything that leaves our kitchen!

Edits and completion

  • Edits to the artwork are completely possible during the WIP stages! We will give you WIPS and it is YOUR job to ask for changes or corrections during those stages! Once the artwork is completed, no further edits will be allowed!
  • Changing of the flavor is only possible BEFORE supplies are purchased OR if you agree to pay extra for the supplies to be replaced. Again, we order supplies based completely on your chosen flavors. If you suddenly change your mind, we cannot pay out of pocket for new supplies for new flavors.
  • If you order a sample, you are allowed to ask for edits to the flavor! If something isn't sweet enough, too sweet, or needs a bit of tweaking flavor wise, please point it out in the sample stage!
  • If no sample is ordered, you will have to trust our flavor technician and team members(we get every team member to taste and approve before completion)! No edits can be made once the product is complete!
  • ​Once the product is completed and shipped out, NO EDITS OR REFUNDS are available!

Food and Safety precautions

  • We are completely and entirely FDA compliant! FDA does not approve food, beverages or dietary supplements. Food Facilities do not have to obtain any type of certification or approval before distributing products in the united states! BUT we remain completely compliant with their quality and handling standards!
  • Everything we use is FDA approved. Every ingredient we add or use is completely safe and FDA approved! We will not use something considered unsafe or anything with unobtainable information!
  • Our kitchen is inspected bi-yearly to make sure it stays up to code in every possible way! We keep things clean, disinfected continuously and we wash every instrument we use immediately after using! Every bottle and tool is sanitized for use!
  • Our labels are completely FDA compliant! We abide by their rules and standards and follow their exact required format! Our labels are sent in for approval to the Department of Agriculture and approved on a month by month basis! Everything used in your drink is written on the label and included from the sugar count to the exact milligrams of caffeine!
  • We operate under a Cottage Food license, as well as a GDA license for our county of production.

Store Policies

Products + Orders

  • We offer a variety of items in our store, our most important being our soda! Our Soda's are home-crewed and crafted in house to be health approved and sold in larger quantities than our custom orders. These sodas are brewed in batches, and done monthly. Every month only a set amount of sodas of each flavor will be brewed. When sold out, we will restock the next month!
  • All artwork based items such as stickers, buttons, charms, prints, etc; are personally commissioned from various artists in the community. Each item is properly credited and detailed and will link back to the artist who designed and drew the product!
  • All merchandise based items, such as bags, bottle cap openers, lanyards, plushies, etc; are designed and very carefully produced for our consumers. We make sure all manufacturers are thoroughly vetted and approved. 

Shipping + Processing

  • We ship international! Please recognize the price of shipping will be out of our control! We don't set our shipping prices, they are calculated by size and weight of the packages we send out!
  • We ship all orders roughly a 1-3 days after purchase! This is to give us time to package the product, as well as quality check each order leaving our studio! We also take into account holidays and weekends when we provide shipping turn arounds!
  • Orders ship from Atlanta, Georgia. and are given standard shipping. Small orders typically take 2-5 business days, while larger orders typically take 7-14 business days. If you are international, please keep in mind shipping times may be longer or delayed.
  • Please note items marked as "Preorder" will not ship until the items are in stock. Please check those individual items' pages for shipping date estimates and arrival estimates!
  • If you add multiple things in your cart, all will be shipped together! Pre-order items are the only exception as they will ship when they are in stock!
  • Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control how it is handled by the post office. Please send inquiries about lost or slow packages to the offices responsible for delivering them and not to us, as we will be unable to help.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item if the given address is incorrect or the item returns undeliverable or unaccepted.
  • Any shipment that crosses international borders is subject to customs inspection. The customer is responsible for all customs clearance and any duty tax and we do not accept requests to write incorrect costs onto customs forms.

Returns, Refunds, + Payments

  • We accept most payment options! If you aren't sure, just ask! 
  • We cannot accept order cancellations or changing of payment methods after the order has been placed. Please be careful when ordering. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We accept orders 24/7, 365 days a year. Our staff will be unavailable Weekends and Holidays.
  • Please check your items when they arrive for any defects or issues. Contact us within a week of arrival with the details of your issue! We quality check every package and item shipped out, but if we miss something then please don't hesitate to contact us!
  • Returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of a defective item. We are not liable or responsible for damages caused by shipping companies.

FAQ 

Are these real sodaS?
Yes, they absolutely are! Real, drinkable sodas!
Will you be creating sugar free/caffeine free versions?
Yes! Our goal is to be as inclusive as possible! We're aiming to accommodate everyone, even those with special dietary restrictions! All of our sodas START with no caffeine! We only add Caffeine on request! Sugar-free sodas are made on request currently, but once we determine success rate we will be adding the option on store products!
Will you ship international?
Yes! The shipping price may be higher than if you were inside the US, but we will be available everywhere!
How do I become a sponsor?
Simply pledge to our Patreon! Sponsorship slots are limited to our patreon supporters!
Do you plan on mass producing Fursodas?
One day! If our business is successful we fully intend on mass producing our brand!
Will you use my oc as a mascot flavor if i give you permission?
We really really appreciate the sentiment! However, to give people a fair chance, we only use characters from people who pledge as a sponsor to our patreon! 
i want to be a designer or artist, how do i do that?
To be an artist or designer, we need to give everyone a fair chance! We look for very specific styles for our products and we work out very fair and equal payment and rights for the artists in question! We look at every single person who wants to help, but we can't pick everyone! We're really sorry to those we don't end up picking! It's absolutely nothing personal and we encourage you to try again anytime we open applications for guest artists! We only work with artists who are 18+!
How do you configure the costs for custom orders?
Custom orders are pricey for a multitude of reasons! We have to make a profit when we do these! We factor in the price for all of the supplies, from the flavors, extracts, dyes, aesthetic additions, shipping materials, art, printing, and expenses correlating to your specific order! We also factor in the average time it takes to mix, extract and create a recipe for each individual person!
